Which notifications can I turn off?

All of them. Open Settings, tap Notifications, and there is one switch per kind.

1. New likes.
2. New matches.
3. New messages.
4. Your account.
5. Suggestions.

The switch above all five is your phone's own permission. If that one is off, none of the five can reach you whatever they say.
