What does a Lift do?

A Lift puts your card at the front of every deck near you for half an hour.

Nobody is told. The deck draws your card in a different place, with no badge on it - a card marked promoted is worth less to the person who bought it and reads as an advertisement to everybody else.

To make it last an hour, spend two at once.
