My photo check keeps failing

The check compares your camera with the photographs already on your profile, so both halves have to be clear.

1. Find even light and face it. Follow the on-screen prompts exactly.
2. Make sure at least one photograph on your profile shows your face clearly and is you on your own.
3. If you are told there have been too many checks today, try again tomorrow.

If it will not pass on a clear face, email support.
