My deck is empty

An empty deck is nearly always a filter, not a fault.

1. Tap Filters and tap Reset.
2. Widen the distance and the age range.
3. Check Open to - you are shown the people who chose the same answer as you, so a rare answer means a smaller deck.

Somebody you passed comes back after sixty days, so a small city refills on its own.

If the deck is empty with no filters set, email support.
