Is a photo hold the same as a restriction?

No, and they are fixed differently.

1. A photo hold takes you out of the deck and is lifted by adding a photograph. Messages keep working.
2. A restriction follows reports, lasts seven days, and stops messages as well. It is reviewed by a person if you ask.

If your account is restricted, ask us to look at it.
