Privacy and your data

Can anyone see how far away I am?

No. There is no distance anywhere in the app.

Who can see my gym?

The people your profile is shown to, the same as everything else on it.

Can people tell when I was last online?

Only an Active today mark, and only if you show yours.

Who can read my messages?

The two of you. That is enforced in the database, not by the app.

Can I hide from somebody I know?

Block them. They leave your deck and you leave theirs.

What is in my data export?

Your profile, your answers, your matches and your messages.

How do I correct something Pull holds about me?

Most of it is in Edit profile. For the rest, write to us.

What does Pull do with my photos?

Stores them, checks them, and deletes them for real when you do.

What happens to my face when I verify?

The comparison runs on our server, and the frame is deleted straight after.

How do I remove my photo verification?

Settings, then Photo verification, then Remove.

What happens when I delete my account?

Everything goes, including your side of every conversation.

Can I get my account back after deleting it?

No. It is a real delete.

What happens when I delete a photo?

The stored file is destroyed, not only the row that points at it.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

Cancel first. Do not rely on deletion to stop a renewal.

How do I sign out without deleting anything?

Settings, then Sign out. Nothing is lost.

Where is the Privacy Policy?

At pull.dating/privacy.

What is the Consumer Health Data notice?

A separate notice for the health-adjacent things Pull holds.

Who runs Pull?

ManuSoft Inc.

How old do I have to be to use Pull?

18. It is checked on our server and it is not negotiable.

How do I make a privacy request?

Write to privacy@pull.dating.
